Privacy notice
Last updated: 01 October 2026. How Wyncrest AI Private Limited ("Wyncrest AI", "we") handles personal data. Questions: contact@wyncrestai.com.
Who we are
Wyncrest AI Private Limited (CIN U62013PN2025PTC248414), registered office Plot No. 11, S. No. 66/C, Datta Nagar, Near Datir Mala, Ambad, Nashik, Maharashtra 422010, India, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: contact@wyncrestai.com, +91 77218 89978.
Data we collect
- Enquiries: the name, email, phone and message you send through our website form, email, booking page or messaging.
- Business contact data for B2B outreach: professional details of people in relevant roles at companies we believe may benefit from our services — name, job title, company, work email and business location — obtained from B2B data providers (such as Apollo.io) and publicly available sources such as company websites.
- Communications: our emails with you and your replies.
- Website data: basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider, and a cookie-free count of page views (the page visited, the referring website and the date). We store no IP address, device identifier or cookie for this, so it cannot identify you, and we honour your browser's "Do Not Track" setting. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and our emails contain no tracking pixels. Our booking calendar is provided by Google.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To reply to enquiries and provide services — steps at your request / contract.
- To contact business professionals about services relevant to their role — our legitimate interest in business development. We only use work contact details, keep messages relevant to the recipient's role, and honour objections immediately.
- To keep records of who has asked not to be contacted — legal obligation and legitimate interest.
Your choices
You can object to or opt out of our emails at any time by replying "unsubscribe", using the unsubscribe link in any email, using our unsubscribe page, or emailing contact@wyncrestai.com. We then add your address to a suppression list so you are not contacted again. You may also ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to restrict processing; UK/EU residents may complain to their data protection authority (UK: the ICO).
Sharing and transfers
We use trusted processors to operate our business — email and productivity (Google Workspace), cloud hosting, AI model providers used to research public company information and draft messages, and B2B data providers. We do not sell personal data. Where data is transferred internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by these providers.
Retention
Prospecting data is kept only while relevant and reviewed periodically; unengaged prospect records are deleted or anonymised within 24 months. We keep a minimal suppression record (which may be a one-way hash of your email) indefinitely so that we never contact you again after an opt-out.
Security
Access is restricted to authorised staff, data is encrypted in transit, and systems follow least-privilege access.
Changes
We may update this notice; the date above shows the latest version.
